1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.


2. Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination. Customers can view shipping charges before finalizing their purchase during the checkout process.


3. Shipping Methods: We primarily use USPS for shipping.


4. Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times may vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination. Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been shipped.


1. Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.


2. Return Process: Customers must contact our customer service team at to initiate the return process. A return authorization and instructions will be provided.


3. Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 1-3 business days.


4. Free Returns: We cover the return cost.


5. Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges. Customers can return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
